We had two decent days here now winter is back. I have a question, when did we start to name the winter storms? I noticed the one moving through the states was named Cleon. Did I miss something? Don’t even get me started on the scare tactics of the meteorologists. if you live in an area that gets snow, like I do, you know what to expect when winter rolls in. I am tired of hearing storm alerts when the forecast calls for 2-5 inches of snow. We are used to getting close to 300 inches some winter, rarely under 200 so a few inches is nothing. Is this just a ploy to try to get us to watch their newscast?
Done griping. :-) I’ve got a wide selection of posts I found interesting this week hope there are a couple of interest to you as well.
